Good Catch is a casting agency founded by Sarah Small. Unlike traditional scouts, Small searches for character rather than measurements, approaching “real” people in supermarkets and on public transport, drawn to asymmetrical features and arrhythmic walks. She credits this approach to a lifelong interest in documentaries and people-watching, appreciating “how special and individual” people are. Through this distinctive eye, Good Catch has gone on to work with leading fashion houses including Chanel, Jean Paul Gaultier, Kenzo, and Issey Miyake.
